Default Screen Settings

With the changes on SkySports News,my screen has gone all weird. The bottom part seem to be lower than normal n the screen seems to have been gone bigger.I have it set to 16:9 but it's really doing my head in as I can't see the full screen.I have tried factory reset n all.

Hope somebody can help.
Thanks

change it for 16.9 to another setting then restart the box,,, power down at the plug and power back up then change the setting back to 16.9 and do the same power down power up....
see if that helps .

regards dave

if its not the box then....have you thought about trying your tv make sure tv is set to 16:9 or widescreen, then go to box...put it on 4:3 letterbox....exit to ssp news then go back and change it to 16:9 then exit back to ssp news...should work
