Channels affected ex TW:

Cbeebies/BBC3 - Freq 283.00
CBBC/BBC4 - Freq 283.00

ITV2 - Freq 291.00
ITV3 - Freq 291.00

and Five US & Bravo 2 seem to have gorn walkies!

edit: found Bravo 2 now.

Getting "Service Unknown" showing. Did a full Manual & Auto Scan on all available frequencies with no joy.

I did notice that a few other channels have moved frequency today too, but I am able to pick them up easily.

Any other users getting this problem?

yes i have exactly the smae thing, however i had 37 TP's now only have 34.

Strange. Seems the Freq: 283.000 & 291.000 are still listed on mine but when I try to manual scan them, there is nothing being broadcast on them, hence the loss of
Cbeebies/BBC3 - Freq 283.00
CBBC/BBC4 - Freq 283.00
ITV2 - Freq 291.00
ITV3 - Freq 291.00
plus I suspect Five US is on there too.

Also, my Bravo 2 has disappeard again!

Also, like you I now only have 34 TP's listed.
Perhaps there is a big re-shuffle going on?

Edit:

Seems a cable fibre has been cut, according to support!

Channels affected were;

ITV2 - back now
ITV3 - back now
Bravo2 - back now
BBC3 - back now
BBC4 - back now
CBBC - back now
CBeebies - back now
CITV - back now
Gems TV2 - back now

got itv 2 and 3 but none of the others are back. I did get cbeebies last night, but its gona again.

they are off on my legit box so must be at their end.

yes sky sports 1,2,3, and sky movies gone off

The original problem I posted about has now offically been fixed and only affected the channels listed above.

Your problem is an unrelated one. I suspect.

Bloomberg , Bloomberg+1 and current tv have gone of on mine ive tried manual scanning them frequancies, but they dont come back on, bloomberg+1 just stays black screen but can hear sound, freq 395mghz, does any1 know if the northwest freq has changed to sommit else for them channels ? thx in advance

I assume you actually mean Boomerang & Boomerang +1

Just checked and all 3 are still showing.

Try checking your connection and rebooting your box.
