Default I'm Reciving the Same IP and Hostname Regardless of MAC

This is very strange and has just started happening

Basically macs I have been using for a while are now giving me the same ip and hostname as my sub. This didn't used to happen. Is there some new detection going on or have I messed something up?

Ip is set using the nic or router wan mac

Changing MAC address on my NIC card did the trick
