hi guys, need some advice i am looking to guy a pre loaded sim off the bay for my phone, now my question is will this t-mobile sim work in my phone or does my phone have to be unlocked for it to accept the sim, thanks..chris.....

if your on a different network provider then most likely you will need the phone to be unlocked. The best way is to test with a T mobile Sim and see if it works. If not then you know that the phone is locked.
If the phone is on T mobile then any T mobile Sim will work, if not then as stated you will most likely need it unlocked. However test it first before you go and unlock it as the phone might be GSM already.
