Default Help needed please

can somebody please help me and tell me how i get my other modem to get in to the hax settings through firefox IE ect for some reason it wont load ive tried doin the ip address change thing im stuck

unplug the white cable so you only have power cable in and enet cable.

then try 192.168.100.1

if that don't work try network conections and set it to

192.168.100.10
second box just click and you should get some numbers then last box is 192.168.100.1

let me know how you get on and what modem is it?

the 1st suggestion doesnt work tried it loads of times :/

the 2nd 1 can this be done useing vista? i did try it before and it didnt work but i remember doing it that way a year or 2 ago but that was on xp and it worked

Try 192.168.100.11

Then aslo try this:


Set your conections to auto.

keep white cable feed out and then plug modem in

now go to run type in CMD hit enter

now type "ipconfig" without the " hit enter and write down your default gateway IP

enter default gatway into your browser IE 8 not 9 use only IE
