HT805PH Problem.

Okay ive banged my head on the wall about this one my mates the d**K changed his EPROM to try get this home system to play all regions well it only plays uk dvds and NOT dual layer also seems to take ages to load the dvd as well.

now ive updated the firmware for it and that did nothing.

i had to copy some1 else eprom from a hack i found and that made it play dvds but not dual layer.

now in the manual it states it plays dual layer

every dual layer ive tryed Disc Error pops up


the nob didnt even save the original eprom either..

also '1','3','9','7','1','3',9 + enter used this and it states in the top its region is 0 and it does not play any USA dvd i have..

any ideas guys n gals or is it fooked?

Ive fixed this dvd now all works 100%

dual layer dont work tho but all the other dvds do..

EEPROM: f1 00 d0 29 00 81 a0 20 57 00
