Seriously mate - you need to give a bit more info.
Have you tried rebooting? Have you tried re-scanning automatically? Have you tried re-scanning manually? Have you tried unplugging you box? Have you tried anything? Sometimes the cable providers shuffle frequencies therefore you may need to do a small manual re-scan to re-find the missing chanels. its a common problem with no signal, make sure your cable is fixed on properly and check ur splitter if ur using one, might be an idea to change the cable and splitter! your box is alright mate and you may have to rescan again after uv fixed ur connection.

Kemed - if you have done a scan, goto the end of your current channel list.
e.g. If you have 236 channels in your complete list, goto channel 236 and see what is there. When these channels get moved by the providers, and you do a re-scan, any new channels found will get appended to the end of your channle list. See if it if it is there. If you didn't know, hre is how to do a scan. Select the channels, press info twice. Make a note of the freq. Goto menu, user installation, find the freq's you noted. Press OK on each one you noted, (an arrow will appear) Press blue. Screen may go blank for a short moment. Wait until it saves to data. See if your channels are back. Also, goto the END of your complete channel list to see if it has picked up any new channels. After manual tuning, any new channels will be appended to end of list. Failing that, check on your ISP's status page to see if there are any known faults. Channels are fine in my area. |
