I'd say that the forums look a lot more crisp and less cluttered than they looked like before, however would it not be possible to work like the Ubuntu forums do where you select your prefix (forced to) eg:

In the cable box chat, you would normally go to EV/SV/KV etc... but you could get rid of the groups if you make sure that a prefix is added to the start of the thread. I hope I'm making this clear, and not all members will like this so I wouldn't really want the forum to change for something that I personally want

I've considered doing something with thread titles before - now that the boards are relatively stable I can now look at applying a few select mods and see how that goes.

im liking the new look tech forum... however i prefer the general forum to be at the top rather than at the bottom... not a big deal.. just thought i give my input :P
