Hi I would love for some help as I cannot get my kryptview box to work. I know that the boxes crashed a few months ago and are now working again, but mine still isn't. I have rescanned it but all the channels are still showing as scrambled or no signal. I took the box to my friends house and it wouldn't work there either altho his does & is the same box. I have a wireless connection and can use the internet. I have tried to update the software but it sticks & doesn't move. Its driving me crazy i only have 5 channels!

Are you updating via the lan or null modem cable, what date is your firmware?

Do you mean a router? Yes i have that and a wireless lan. The software is 09/09/2010 and I have tried to do the s/w update but it just freezes on the page and doesn't start.

Update with 24/04/11
or
03/01/11 (then use remote Menu-Installation-S/W Update)
