I have my live feed coming in from outside (Virgin) that goes in to the kryptview box, then the ethernet cable, scart, and power, it was originally in the office so i have got a 20 meter coax cable (2 x 10 meters with a connector) and i want it in my room, when i plug the coax cable in from the splitter for the live feed will it work upsitars? i have plugged the box in when i tried and it says bad or no connection? and when i plug it back in the office it has BBC, but when i go to sky premier (movies) it says scrambled or no video? helpp

So are you using the ethernet cable in the LAN?

yeah ethernet cable from router to the kryptview box, says scrambled or no video and i checked the date for the software and was 24/4/11

have you tried connecting the box directly from router to ethernet without the connector for both 10m cables?
