Yeah your right, but compared to alot of people on the sat side. The cable side is really a let down. There are alot more problems on the cable side. Idk why, maybe because there are less people on each sat server, becuase there are so many different servers...But imo the sat side is alot better than cable.

I must say i shouldn't be at all surprised by some of the responses....as stated in my original post i accept -"get subs argument etc" and actually, yes, we are getting something for free - however my rant was generally focusing on the inconsistency of the service recently, not the overal sevice - and good on some of you for being so ceative in your responses (i.e. get a sub!).

Gary - i do actually think and if you did the same you would be aware that this is a forum - to express opinions!

For those who couldn't read my first post, i have been using these style of boxes for many years now and not just recently - if you provide a service then it should it optimised rather than "finger in the air" style of service and yes even for CS operations this is possible. I do understand i am being a little harsh but almost year on and things are getting worse, so there you go!

ps: it is purely coincidence that the box has gone off this week that i posted this thread, even if the very limited channels available were still on i would have still posted this!

Mate you're fighting a losing battle on here. You cant express even mild dissapointment with "The KV Team" (Bows head in deference), let alone criticise them.
You'll just get jumped on.
Look how many fanboy threads there are - "Thank you KV, "All Hail KV", KV dont get enough thanks" blah, blah.......
Even this thread is infested with "KV Team are great - just be patient" nonsense

Dunno bout you but it makes me wanna puke.

You knew what you where buying before you bought it, as did the rest of the people, yes you could have bough a £20 fta box...... but you knew not to as you would not be able to modify it for what you wanted, so you took the next best option the more expensive fta box, which you knew you could get third party software for it and get what you wanted from it, you had your choice, you could have just walked away.

You could always buy the other cable box, and not take a sub out for £100, ohhh wait you still have to pay to be connected forgot about the support ya now need to pay for, and also the 20 odd channels still missing as well, that people are actually paying for, dont see them moaning about it.

Do what the rest of the folk do be happy for what you have "NOW" it could all be gone tomorrow, and we all might have to get subs then, i really think people need to get there heads around this now, "ITS" never going to be the same as before N3 get used to it, there are times when the boxes will go down, they do come back up again might take a day or two, so yesterday you had zilch on Kv now the channels are back minus a few, make the most of it for now.
