hope some one can help,imei 355731/02/462813/4 was on the 3 network, but im no longer using them & my contract has now expired.

Doesn't this mean that phone is locked to one Specific network provider and in your case it happens to be 3G.

It now also means that you will need to get it unlocked. However you never stated the model of the phone either.

Edit: Just saw the model Number.

i dont think there is a free code solution, you wil need a jaf box/ UFS and MXkey,
