hi guys question for you
i got a spiderbox 7000hd and 1m motorised dish south facing house i had it installed a couple of months ago and only just got round to having a proper nosey and when i scan for sats i get east sats till i get to astra 28.2 (sly) all ok but then after this all the way west i cant pic up any sats and when i look at sat while facing west it looks like its around thor 8.0 or roughly that angle and doesnt go to the right at all is this correct thx in advance paul ps forgot to mention im still a newbie and all i done is have it installed and scanned for satellites/channels and nothing if theres something i need to do to get these sats please advise Last edited by paulr783; 28-07-11 at 04:54 PM. |

Check if you have limited the motor, you should find this information in the Spiderbox men under motor set up.
Are you using Usals or Diseqc 1.2 to drive your dish? With Diseqc you need to manually move the dish, using the left/right arrows, on the Spider remote control, then store it once you've found the satellite. |

well i gave ring and was advised to reset box back to factory and i think its worked im checking it as i go along so if i have probs ill put on here
