I have recently got the KV A780 and have used the loader from ******* and the bin file from ******* it download fine but when i search for the channels i only get freeview. It is plugge into my router and the other connections are fine can anyone advise? Am i using the correct bin file?

You will need Bin file name: Kryptview_A780_24042011

also when you scan for channels make sure it says NETWORK then hit your correct NETID then it should scan for channels.

First off make sure you have the correct file on your box, check this by going to menu system info and checking the date of the file, should be 24/4/2011.

Then make sure that you done a network scan on the box and "NOT" scanned on ALL, after that make sure you have got your correct net id for your area, after that you should be good to go.

Then switch the box off at the back, put the ethernet into the back of the box and switch it on, if you have the correct file on your box you should be fine.
