Default Help setting up Krypview A780 please

Never set one of theses up before, so having a few problems...

Cant seem to get any channels working apart from BBC2, on that channel the signal is 88 and quality is 36..... other channels bbc1 for example just a black screen saying "no or bad signal... on ssp1 the same the signal on these channels is 88 but the quality is 0......

Also come up with "scramble or no video" before going to "no or bad signal"

My starview works fine off the same feed, no splitters or anything....

Any help would be appreciated...
