TECHNOMATE 5400 CL+ and TRING TV SET UP

Hi All,

I am looking for help in setting up my Tring TV card and my Technomate 5400 CL+.

I have set up and can recieve some free to air channels although on the Eutlsat W2 I cannot find any Tring Channels on the menu? Do I need to call tring?

I see a '$' sign next to lots of channels which I presume means I do not have access to see them.

The Tring card is inserted correct direct from the package and on the card details screen it shows it was activated in June and that its a 'FAMILY' card which I hope means its a Tring Plus card so I can watch my Saturday afternoon football matches.

I do not know what to do and have used the following details to get tring:

Satellite:- Eutelsat W2 16E
Frequencie:- 11283
Symbol Rate:- 27500
Polarisation:- V (Vertical)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have never before bought a satellite system and the first time I have got it, its all looked very confusing.
