We can try reset the Bios default.
Then install the latest mobo chipset driver, reboot. Next is install the latest wireless card driver. Hope this helps! Bill Tech Manager Wptinc |

first I would check to see if your network card is working OK
go into device manager and expand network adapters and you should see your WLan device right click on it and select properties, see if it tells you if its working OK EDIT: from here you can also try uninstalling it and then reinstall, but if you cannot connect to the internet you would have to have the latest driver available first Last edited by smoggy; 15-08-11 at 06:59 PM. |

Every laptop has its own combination short cut keys to reset the Bios default.
Please check with your laptop web site and look for the knowledge base. Now, I would suggest we press the F8 key once we power on the laptop then select the safe mode in the boot menu. When we get to the safe mode, try uninstall the wireless card driver and reboot the laptop. The laptop will boot to the Windows and re capture the wirelss card again. Hope this can reallocate the system IRQ and reset the system resource conflict. Hope this helps! Bill Tech Manager Wptinc |
