Hi,
Got a SV6. Paid my subs in recent weeks and working well. I found yesterday that the box will not send AV signal to the TV. Messed around wiht it but no joy. I then tried the VM and Sky box which both worked fine on the same scart lead.

Any ideas please, Could there be a problem with my SV6 box.

Try the other scart socket in the back of the box..

Check that you are not in Radio or TV/AV mode, then try this

1. switch box on wait for a few seconds untill booting has finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press O.K BUTTON twice

Thank you Cally and Lincsat. Sorted, the kids has messed with RC and pressed av/tv.
They wont being doing that again, I selotaped there fingers to-gether.
