Default Lost Channels

Hello all.

Fairly new to these KV boxes. Ive had the KV for around 4 weeks now.
Woke up today to find All my channels had gone.Apart from 1,2,3,4,5
I then left it an hour or two and i now have Sky Sports 1,2,3,4, and SSN.

But thats the problem all i have is Channel 1,2,3,4,5 + Sky Sports 1,2,3,4, and SSN. Before i lost all my channels i didn't once have sky sports 4 or SSN.

Is there anything i can do to get some/all of the channels back?
I have never had ATR but did have Racing UK, but im not getting either now.

Also had the movie channels but not receiving any of them.

you should have all the channels you had from the day before yesterday, the ones that did come back last night have gone again.

People are posting when they go off for a short time, but don't post when they come back on.
