Did you put the latest firmware on your box, as there is only one place that Kv can connect to, and that is to its own ser***, so as the boxes are still working so should yours, unless your live feed has been cut off.

Can you confirm that the latest software for the A750 is 24042011, and can you tell me where I can find loader software please ?

If your BB is working correctly, and you dont have a faulty iconnect you should be able to download the firmware direct to the box, via the remote control, menu >> installation >> 0000 >> software update.

After it starts to update the box just leave it alone till it is fully finished, and box should reboot after that.

Thanks for your advice... I gave it a try
There was a Download Data menu item that took me to two options...Send Software & Send Channels.
I tried both but they came back Fail
The A750 is picking up all the un-encrypted channels fine, which I guess means I'm not disconnected from the cabinet.

Is there anything else I can try ?
Thanks..

Ok so you dont have the box updated must be very old firmware on that box, so you will have to load the firmware manually.

You will need the A750 firmware the 24/4/2011 make sure its the correct file NOT THE 780 FILE.

Then you need the loader to load it after it has finished do your scan, get your correct Net Id, and scan on Network not all, after that get your box connected to the router with ethernet cable job done
