As Lincsat is a commercial trader, and this kind of accusation/implication could be very damaging, perhaps Clio should make it clear that he's not accusing Lincsat of running an illegal server. Maybe an apology is in order too?

Dont think i mentioned him and the server did i or maybe im missing something here ??
Try reading it again or get a pair of glasses m8 !! where does that mention him and the server ??

the same people are still running the starview system, but taking a back seat, for the moment,
Still dont see lincsat been mentioned "and yes the same people are still running the show from the back"

yourself on the other hand has got a vested interest in selling the boxes, and been a moderator on their support forum, i would have thought you would know better, and distance yourself from a forum that openly supports card share, but maybe i was wrong.
This part does he as a sole trader has a vested interest am i wrong ??, if the boxes went off tomorrow would he not be stuck with stock ??, and he is a Moderator on there support forum "which does support card share, am i wrong in this ?

"So no where do i mention anything about him been attached to the server in any way, do hope you got it this time, or maybe specsavers is the answer."

That's exactly how I read it

Same people running it....including yourself - what else could it mean?

I do object to accusations that I am involved with running an illegal server and having a target painted on my back.

And, yes, I did accept an invitation to moderate on the MyStarview forum, (including the Kryptview section) under certain conditions, one of which is impartiality and another is no flaming.

Post be misconstrued yet again have to say your good at that, as for the other invitation, what has that got to do with anything, you are still moderating a card sharing forum, do you think that is good for you, maybe you do.

As for the server stuff not once did i mention you and the server, that would be a no no on any forum.

Well it's very clear to me what you were suggesting and you are right it is a no-no, consider this a warning

The MyStarview forum is no more a cardshare forum than this forum or many others, just a support forum aimed primarily at Starview owners but Kryptview owners are also welcome - and that's more than enough mention of another forum.

I think you are mistaken this forum does not openly promote paying for a service unlike **, and feel free to ban me for voicing my opinion, should you wish.

I take it English isn't your first language? Perhaps you should learn the language a bit better before making statements which could be construed as accusations of criminal involvement. Especially when the person you are accusing has a legitimate business related to the area you're accusing him of criminal involvement. I know that might not have been your intention, but it clearly comes across that way to me and at least one other person, possibly more. How many other people might misconstrue what you're saying and come away from that post thinking Lincsat is a criminal?

You should man up and admit your mistake, and apologise.

On linc's website it clearly states:

Note: I do not own or operate a Cardshare server.

In my eyes that good enough for me
