Default Need lots of help

Hi everyone

Just got a new Eurovox Max four weeks ago, thought all I had to do was plug it into the tv and away we go.

It worked fine for two weeks until the wife noticed her favorite channel was missing.

I tried to scan the channels but now have duplicates and some of the channels have disappeared altogether and some are listed wrong.

I don't want to mess everything up so I came on here for info.

I am a bit confused, what's Voxer, what do I do with it and where do I find it?

I also noticed the mention of Red box and Blue box, anyone explain?
I downloaded files from GMAIL drive thingy but can't open them or even know what to do with them?

Help needed?

BEFORE YOU START PLUGGING THE BOX INTO YOUR COMPUTER REMEMBER SOME CHANS HAVE GONE

LIKE SKY ONE AND A FEW OTHERS.

The red box is a newer version of the blue box you can tell what eurovox you have by looking at the box it come in (red or blue)

When you have downloaded your firmware you need a programme like DNUPMAN you can find that on the gmail i think.

Then you need to connect your eurovox to your computer with a null cable.

Hi peakey

Thanks for the help and advice.

Just went through the channels and found one or two at the end under different names, will scan later to see if I can find any more.

I will look for the program so that if I need it in the future I have it.

Thanks again
