Duplicate Channels

Is there anyway to delete all channels and do a fresh rescan, becuase i have like 4/5 copies of each channel. So manually deleting them one by one isnt really an option.
Is there anyway to delete the whole channel list via ftp or something ?

you can delete everything via factory default. But that would mean that you need to upload the soft-cams and so on again and then rescan on satellites.

Am pretty sure that even if you do a rescan there will be Duplicates either way.

However a best alternative would be to download dream-box edit and use that to delete which ever channels you don't require, i.e copies.

And then Ftp back to the box.

Yeah your right, i did a factory reset and rescan and there were still duplicates. Although i have downloaded latest sly bouquets, so will just use that to browse channels.
Also, epg is a pain to set up on the dm500s. Do you happen to know a quick way.
