I spoke to them on the phone and they said because they dont have fibre optic cables in milton keynes they can only provide me with homephone and broadband. So am guessing the KV box wont work with just the broadband feed will it??

I would have thought that if he's not in a cabled area, they can only provide his broadband and phone down a telephone line NOT a cable line.
So no, IMO it won't work otherwise they would offer him cable TV. |

Absolutely correct!
His area has not been wired up with a Fibre Optic Line and that would mean that there is no chance he would have get any of the boxes to work for him. The Broadband they do give his via Phone line if your area is not Fibre Optic ready. And yes they would have offered him a TV package. There is only 2 options: 1- Move to the sat side 2- Stick to Free - view

![]() VM said they could not offer me TV at all so did not offer a TV Package. They also said that i would definitely need a phone line to get the broadband which will cost about £22 a month, but then on there website it says that you can have broadband ONLY for £19 a month!

Go sat, its soo much better than cable anyway...Both Kv ar SV are crap imho. Sat will cost you, £50 for box. and £50ish for each year. Setting up is easy, just a little bit of reading is needed. |
