Default Crashed

Hi.
I have a Euro-Vox Max (2006 Max Series) and I've been using it for a while, I noticed that recently some of the channels were just drawing blanks when I flicked to them that recently worked.

So I did a Power Scan in the menu (Red button), when previous auto scans drew blanks. then the box finished the scan and sort of crashed it just shows a black screen with the numbers 0000 on the box and the only thing I can do is go into the menu screen I've tried re-scanning, un and re-plugging the box, and I've hit a dead end.

I have a feeling it needs a firmware update but im not sure, any help would be appreciated.

Hi try this go to menu scroll across select clear data it will warn that you are about clear all the data select yes now if you do this you will lose everything thats stored in your favorites. Once done exit and go to install select power scan like you have done before but change from normal to full select ok this may sort your box give it a try best of luck if still no luck post again.
