Question sv6 support

hi guys, my m8 has got one of these sv6 boxes around his house and it aint working at the moment, and i was just wondering if this box can get support off the sv support on the BM toolbar. or is only support for the sv7 out there at the moment.

iam only asking cos i noticed its got a place to plug ur internet lead into.

or is it a case he will have to get a sv7 or a kva780 or go sat side.
i just want to know if he shud bin it or it can be used again cheers

SV6 and SV7 are essentially the same, just have a different Ethernet connection.

Thumbs up Re: sv6 support

just thought i would update on this post.

flashed smgo file to box and contact support with box no. and they replied back quick and then went on and followed the instructions in the email and took out 6 month sub and within a few hours all was good again.

iam a k.v user myself but i must admit the s/v support was quick and once it was back on there was not any glitching going on , but i will stick with my k.v for now.
