Default TNTSAT on Sky Dish

I have bought a TNTSAT receiver with a TNTSAT card in France.
I test it in France and it was working well on an ASTRA 19.2E dish.

I plugged the receiver in NW London on a Sky Dish (I believed on Astra 19.2E also). The cable is working because when I plugged it on my TV (with a sattelite tuner), I received all the UK TNT channel.

But the TNTSAT receiver didn't found any channel in my setup in London. I am wondering why. Is the sky dish not on Astra 19.2E? Is the dish too small for TNTSAT? Any other potential issue?

Thanks for your help,

Sky dishes in the UK point to 28.2e

You should be able to pickup 19.2e with a sky minidish if you realign it, but I doubt it would hold signal on many channels in poorer weather conditions..

Thanks for your quick answer.
At least that explains why I didn't catch anything.

Is it complicated to realign the dish by myself or should I call someone to do it. If someone is coming, maybe I should install a bigger dish, isn't it?

FWIW, I have a Sky minidish pointing at 19.2e for use with a TNTsat receiver and it works very well indeed.

Give it a go with the minidish. It needs to tilt up a little more and swung right by about 10 degrees
