Question Eurovox 2 help!!!!

Hi wonder if anybody can help, have a eurovox 2 that was working fine, not used as spare. When I went to use it the remote does not work so unable to get into anything in menu. The remote is fine as it works on the other box (the remote from other box doesn't work on this either) I re flashed the box but no better Used the original file to reflash (10 months+ old). At a loss as what to do please can anybody help?

Rob if there is nothing showing on display not even a red standby light then your psu has blown either a cap or small round wickman fuse next to where mains power lead joins the board ,its marked 2000 or 1000 ma.
bugs bunny if your box still changes channels with up and down arrows on the front of box and remote is ok then its your remote sensor on box thats gone
