Hi All,
Never had a surround sound before and bought one recelty. U nfortunately due to the shape/size of the room etc, it really doesn't look good in the room (wife hates the woofer lol) I thought i would be able to still use the DVD player as a DVD player, but the TV screen show no signal when the speaker have been disconnected. Is there a way to make this work or do I have another few door stops? Thanks again, |

Hmmm, I guess the amp in it has some protection built into it, like, it wont power up if it detects no load connected... Im just guessing mind.. If you cant get it to work then I'd sell it and buy another DVD player, they're cheap enough and hell of a lot smaller than the Sony Home Theatre unit..
