that is the infomation you need to write to card or it wont work its the stb specific details every stb has one various ways to obtain it dependent on wich stb its is what model stb is it you have

am trying to jtag di4010 box using bke2.2 but but it comes up with an error saying "internal error 43" "target communicatios error: pc to target cable disconnected" now what could that b and how can i solve it coz everything is connected i checked and double checked it. I also have mac mot runnin in the background

Are you using the right bytes ? what are you using ocd, bke, sdt ? what area are you ?.

Not the right byte if its giving you FFFF. try some earlier ones.
Look in eng menu and see what s w version you are on, was that the 3.6 byte you tried ?
