Ok so just to clarify, when i create the exteep (i'm using toxic for this) i just put in the cam id, box key and ird and nothing else then put the card in and wait for it to update?

Hi

Put your cam id but change the last digit or two put in your ird and bk leave key 0 and 1 on all zero`s save exteep to your cable provider.

You may have to convert your save exteep bin file to hex using swapbinhex as not all proggys allow you to write in bi format.

Load up exteep and flash in your proggy software erase your card a couple of times write exteep 1st then flash..... job done.
