ive brought a box off paul001 but need the bk and ird hes given me the hex files to program a new card but hvent got a programmer, is there any way i can get the ird and bk from the hex files without programming a card?

just tried that says file no supported is there any chance i could send you the files and you could get the ird and bk for me?
