To be honest, no one knows when, if ever its going to come back on. You arnt going to get a reply from kv guys themselves, as they dont post on forums.

I would guess there is something odd about the siting of the channel within its particular transducer which means its not covered by a card. The KV guys have probably decided its not worth getting yet another subscription just to cover that one channel !
