Thumbs up Re: HD kv box

A KV HD box ????

Really cant see it happening to be honest and if they do bring out such a box when the server is not even functioning to its best, would pretty much tell the whole story of the KV team and what there antics is all about.

As stated previously they need to sort out there server / channels first before they bring that HD box to the market!

I would advise people that are thinking about the purchase of a HD box if it does arrive, dont buy it till they fix the channels first, yes i like KV but not they way things are at the present time, at the moment the sv are miles better now by all accounts sorry i have to say this, but i call a spade a spade regardless of my loyalties.

You might have a good signal what about the Quality of it ??, if others dont have problems, what does that tell you, the problem is your end.

Thanks Clio, I've had VM out to measure the DB's on the cable all ok.
Broadband all ok. connection all ok, I've even set up a signal/data logger in line with the KV connections, cable and ethernet to a Laptop. and monitored the tread. The tread shows good signal and good packet data from the KV Server, but the server goes down or switches off then no data. I haven't as yet split the Freq or transponsers, to Identify which bandwith have gone down the most. I'll keep you inform my end or yours

Why don't you post in here what your watching and someone with a kv watch the same channel and see if your problems match with theirs at the same time.

If you are doing it locally and they are receiving the channels you are not that still means you are having the problem, i suggest if your friends box is working on a channel, bring your box to their house and see does it work there, that way you will defo know where the problem lies.
