Default Kryptview problem after flashing box

Hi All,
I have a problem with my kryptview box. i have just bought this box and flashed it. the problem is when i plug into tv and try to power up the box i cant get a signal through to tv. i am worried that since i cant get a signal coming through that maybe i have done something wrong when flashing the box. Is it possible to break the box when flashing. When i received the kryptview this morning i set it up on tv to see if it was working and i managed to get a signal no problem but since i have done the flash i cant get it to work.
I am a complete novice to this kind of thing and any advice anyone could offer would be appreciated greatly.

Are you using a scart lead for the box ?? if so make sure its on the correct AV setting ie av1 or ext1 on your tv

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies,
I have the scart lead in the tv port on the KV box and the cable aerial trough the RF IN port too. I have an old Starview box which i had pluged in the same way and this gets a tv signal no problem but when i try to get my new Kryptview plugged in i am not getting any signal at all going to tv. It is a possibillity that i have these in wrong ports but i have tried other variations but none seem to work. is there any other way i may have not tried

Take the cable feed straight from the wall socket to box (no splitter) FTA channels should be received
What does it show on front of the box if anything.

Hi Guys,
I have tried both scart sockets but still nothing,
Also i dont have it set up with a splitter so its straight from the wall to the box and the box says ON at the front of the box but i cant get the menu to come up on my TV screen.
I have handed the box to a tv repair shop to see if they can find any faults with the box.
I am thinking its the scart sockets that are broken as they are very loose at back of box and move very easily and hope ive not goosed the box while flashing it lol

Sounding like you may have bricked it when you flashed it.

have you pressed the av button on your remote, you may have done it by accident, and put it in tv mode or something, try pressing it again!!
