I have a Samsung Cadence mobile phone and when I ring a number I can't hear the ringtone. When it connects I can't hear the other person talking.I have checked all the settings I know about and re-booted without success. When I put in my earpiece everything works normally.Does this mean my phone nfg.
Many thanks |

It sounds like the internal speaker isn't working correctly. If the phone is still under warranty, I suggest taking it back and getting a replacement.

I'm assuming you are from Burnley? Lol. Have a word with the guys that work in Nexgen or Alladin's Cave on the precinct

Oh right I see, well find a local mobile phone repair shop then. I'd expect a small fix like that to be around £15.
