I have a Samsung Cadence mobile phone and when I ring a number I can't hear the ringtone.When it connects I can't hear the other person talking.I have checked all the settings I know about and re-booted without success.When I put in my earpiece everything works normally.Does this mean my phone nfg.

Im sorry but the phone in question is actually called the Samsung 3200 beat although it does say Cadence on the box

It sounds like the internal speaker isn't working correctly. If the phone is still under warranty, I suggest taking it back and getting a replacement.

I was from Burnley originally and do support the Clarets unfortunately

but I now live in Chorley.I can always give the guys a ring

Oh right I see, well find a local mobile phone repair shop then. I'd expect a small fix like that to be around £15.
