Hi everyone....I've read just about every post in here and see there are quite a few people with the same problem. But I've still not seen an answer apart from..the box is scrap...My problem, like others is the Max box is stuck in stand by mode. Tried several guys who can flash the box and utilise the software, but the computer can't touch the box. Is the box 'broken' or is there a possibility of repair?
Any glimmer of hope would be appreciated.

Hi,

You can try what I did,

Open the unit keep the button inside presssed and switch on the mains power keeping button pressed throughout the screen should be displaying 2 green dots (

in the centre, then run DnUpMan proceed to flash the unit and it will tell you it can't find it and offer you the option to flash in boot mode, here you select yes and you should see (dnld) flashing on the screen, then you can finally release the button on the inside.
