i switched my samsung box on this morning and my menus have chanaged to black but now my movie channels doesnt seem to come on , i press the red button and it stays on loading then goes off but the movies doesnt come on, also i have a pace box but when i presss red on the pace nothing happens

Which card are using with the samsung box? my sammy box also updated when i switched it off, when i press the red button movies channels work fine, but cannot view movie channels on pace boxes, this is pure ntl area.

im using a funcard when i press the red button it stays on loading for a while then goes off but cannot change the channel have to press tv then change the channel

same here with my pace 4010 box but my 4001 box that's downstairs is fine???

something going off somewhere lets just hope that when virgin reupdate thir epg software again it fixs any bugs for the modded boxs lol
