yes it seems to freeze/do nothing, am i using the correct .bin file?

u can use jan 2011 s/w bin file once loaded then update to 28/4/11 when connected to the net.
what bin file are u using?

ok i will try that method in the morning. i have tried both A780 Official un-patched Firmware and Kryptview_A780_24042011 still no luck

well unless u Havnt scanned correctly or ur not connected to Internet, can't see what can be wrong, u have rebooted modem/router just in case? catch u later this afternoon.

yes ive rebooted both modem and router, i will do a factory reset and start from scratch

What software is on the box mate?

check system information for this..

Date: 24/04/2011
Software Ver: kryptview a780 pv3.8.00
H/W Version: V3.0.0

if this does not match up then you will need the software and loader from the download section

next is to do a factory reset then scan under "network".

make sure you have the correct NetID before scanning.

If your only getting 1,2,3,4,5 then check your router to see if the firewall is blocking it. or try just the modem depens what you have if you have the VM hub then have alook in the settings 192.168.1.1 i think.. type this in your browser.
