OK i will take a look now but i think the patch is underworld 216
not sure what kind of LNB i have as it came with the dish i was given

LNB is set to universal and the freq is set 9750 / 10600 but still doesnt find anything on 12688 ??

Underworld 216 is a file for the Diablo 2.3 cam, not the Technomate receiver, can you please explain what equipment you are using.

ok sorry about that just remember that 216 is for the daiblo cam which i have , my set up is a TM 5400 ci + usb with a 80cm motorised dish powered by a alsat super dark motor and i think i have the latest keys too

Just noticed your post on alsat, your thread has been closed due to them no longer supporting Technomate receivers.

It might be worth using Google, and searching for the Latest Technomate 5400 patches.

However you can still find Technomate software, on Alsat, just go to the main forum page and scroll down to a section entitled Technomate, the problem is that the softcam files might not be up to date as they seem to have stopped support for the receiver.

Thanks for the info Mickha ive look at the latest software and like you said it's not up to date i will look around for the latest and keep you posted how i get on but i would like to thank you for your help so far

The file dated 08082008 on alsat opens what is left on the bulsat package eg diema and nova sport, loaded it today on the gamma card and works fine, if thats any help!

A gamma card file shouldn't be compatible with a Technomate receiver, just had a look around, on Satpimps, and it looks like they're still supporting your receiver, check here:

You might want to try loading the last patch, that was released, but your problem sounds more like a hardware fault, or original firmware, so you might need to load the official technomate firmware or even have the tuner replaced.

Hopefully another owner has experienced this problem and knows the solution.
