First I am sorry that my English is't well,I hope you don't mind...
I am a Chinese,I have a sb5100e cm with sigma.x2 firmware,but it can't work, the fourth led is blinding ...I have changed HFC MAC
when I login 192.168.100.1 to see logs,it is:

1970-01-01 00:01:29 4-Error 0x040D9A93 ToD request sent- No Response received

I suggest flashing the SB5100MOD to your modem and using that. There are plenty of threads on the forum containing information about it

thanks! Yesterday I flash the SB5100MOD 1.04,but it can't work yet.The fourth LED flash always.the logs are same as sigma x2 firmware.
