external hard drive
can you help please i have been able to use an external hard drive as a recorder but for some reason it will not let me it keeps on say unsoported file please can some one help

You need to format the external hard drive to FAT32 and not NTFS before you use it.Quote:Originally Posted by p7cav

Managed to do the format at last, very simple job in the end all you do is press the play button on the remote then it comes up with a menu asking if you want to format and other things, just press the format option and it will format it for you very quickly.
