No it doesn't.

She bought and paid for a legitimate subscription card and it has been judged that she was within the law in doing so despite what the premier league and sky said.

I think it is still illegal to show EPL games. If not it soon will be, ;-)

They are saying that the EU law allowing free movement of goods with the EU takes precedent over a UK based business.

It will be legal to show the actual footie, however any branding by the broadcaster could be subject to copyright infringement.
