Default scambled or no video

Hi All,
Im new to the forum and new to kryptview too.
I receieved my A780 today and im trying to set the box up.a lot of channels are coming up with "scrambled or no video".Can anyone help me out please?
Help greatly appreciated,

You will need to flash the box with the latest firmware for the box, after this is done connect it to the net and job done, all your channels that are available will show.

Firmware is available in the downloads section !

Had a feeling it would be something to do with firmware,just needed a little reassurance.
