First Go At A Ps3

guys i'm wanting to sort my boys ps3 for xmas so i may need a bit of guiding here if someone can be so kind..

the ps3 was on 2.70 firmware till i updated it last night..

now its on 3.55.. after i did that i tried putting custom 3.55 on it but when i tried update etc it said it was already there so i must have done this bit right (not 100% sure though) so i switched it off LOL

just need to be put in the right direction realy

i know i need a back up manager is that all so the boys can play games from usb

the thing is i dont want to install the wrong thing for them at this is a xmas prezzie...

and help/guide i would love thanks for the help

Try updating to kmeaw firmware using the recovery menu. I have sent you a PM, this is easy to sort .

multiman is now onit too just need to suss how to put a game on the usb and then kids will be over moon
