Kryptview A780 New Starter HELP!

Can someone help with my new kryptview box bought from dc reciever website. always been a sky customer but now have virgin media so bought kryptview box. I have linked my box up to the internet and scanned the channels through data view after s/w transfer but I cant seem to get any sky channels. They are showing up but when I go on the channel they are always scrambled and only channels 1 - 5 work. I have selected region option and searched all channels but for some reason I cant get any channels. Can someone give me a step by step instruction on how to get my kryptview box to work.

Can you let us know what software you're running on mate?its in system information.I got one last week so its all pretty fresh in my mind

from reading your post i dont think you have flashed the box. have a look at this guide available in kryptview section
Easy guide for updating the KV A780 and A750(with pics!)

my apologies if you have flashed already, as mentioned check the date on software and make sure its the most recent.
