Default Kryptview & Channel 5?

Is anyone else's channel 5 more off than on? I seem to be always getting "No or bad signal".

What's that all about?... I thought channel 5 was a freeview channel, any ideas?

This should be a easy fix..

Disconnect your cable feed from any splitters next connect the main cable feed to your box now do a factory reset now search under "network" click your net id etc etc

now when all the channels are up channel 5 should work without the modem being connected.

if all works well plug in your router etc and splitters if this does not work with the splitters on then you will need to buy a new splitter

Channel 5 is FTA, so it's nothing to do with the server or your Internet. It's a signal issue, most likely too little but could be too much or some interference. Adjusting cables and connections is the best option unless you can persuade VM to turn your signal up maybe by complaining of intermittent glitching on your subscribed box.

Try TVCatchup on the internet to watch BB while you get your box working again.
