hello can any one point me to a guide on how to flash the image in to a technomate 5402 please

is there anything like Dreambox Control Center to edit the cam like you do on drembox 500s

sorry i forgot to ask were can i get the image from i would like to use open pli or can you recommend a better image for this box

you cant use the open pli image on a techno mate box mate as far as I was aware about it.. This is not a Linux machine

You can get everything you need from here inc the patch + .cfg file

As stated above download what ever you need and then extract the file > stick the images on a pen drive and there is an option on there which says firmware upgrade or something.

Technomate 5402hd just bought a 640gb external hard drive, I formatted it using the menu on receiver but after a while it stops working saying USB storage not ready and cant read disk, any ideas please?

I would try and use another one... or format the one you have currently on the PC and re insert it and then see if it works!

Try technomates site ... they have a pdf on it

But we have found some hds and usb sticks not liked by tms
