Default PC problem

when i start my PC its off after the POST .
i remove hard disk and start computer display appear on screen for few moments and goes off again .

Sounds like it could be a hardware fault, it might just need the fans cleaning, as it's over heating and shutting down to protect itself.

Take it apart and check the fan on the CPU is still connected and working, also try using a vacuum cleaner. to clean any dust/dirt from the vents and fans.

If this isn't the problem please post back with more details.

Please explain more because the above doesn't make any sense to me.

What your saying is that your computer switches it self off after POST?

is that correct?

yes u r right Sir computer switches it self off after POST. without any beep or error message.

Can you access the BIOS? If you can, see if you can view the current system temperatures. I would look into installing a new PSU if temperatures aren't an issue.
