Default Satellite on a ship?

Trying to get Sat TV on our ship,

We have a motorised dish in a sat dome but seem to be unable to get the set up working?

Any advice would be appreciated?

Whole loads more you have got to consider when your mobile. What's the system you have ? link ?

Is it one of those auto tracking systems, or is it one that you want to allign and use when your alongside ? Can you be abit more specific about the problems that your having. Unfortunatley "It's not working" dosen't really give much to go on

Ah It's satellite Internet your trying to get working then ? I think that TBH you would be better phoning their helpline. There dosen't seem to be any kit details on their website and from the sounds of the features it's going to be a fairly complicated setup.

Marlink offer similar services
